PERSONNEL
Jeff Shearon is the Owner and President of Construction, and the General Manager for JPS Properties. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate in 1979 from Arizona State University. After completing college, Jeff resumed working for the family-owned construction company. Having been established in the field of construction management, Jeff worked with some of the largest track builders as well as specializing in custom homes. Further, Jeff brings all phases of expertise in the insurance restoration industry with an emphasis in construction management, and customer care. Jeff is a licensed All Lines Catastrophe Insurance Adjuster, and is certified with Xactimate 25. Jeff’s strongest attributes are 30 years of skill and knowledge in the building industry, with specific expertise in construction management. Jeff and his family are very involved in local community outreaches which provide assistance to those in need.
