JPS Properties is committed to total customer service, and our personnel will stay in contact with the Builder and homeowner throughout the process while rebuilding the property.
The Process
- Call JPS Properties immediately
- With approval and a work request, the process of damage mitigation will follow.
- When the work is complete, a third-party mold testing company will test and confirm a clean report to provide to the Builder. This ensures the Builder is protected from future homeowner suits.
- The Builder pays JPS directly then gets reimbursed by the faulting party i.e., Plumber etc.
